Returns
We will return your item for a refund or exchange within 14 working days of item receipt. Refunds will take 3-14 working days dependant upon the payment provider chosen. We recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we cannot be held responsible for missing parcels. Original shipping charges are none-refundable. Items must be returned untampered with and in original packaging.
Cosmetics & Merch: Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes we do not offer refunds/exchanges on items of make-up with the exception of allergic reactions or damaged/faulty items.
